Classroom Tools, Perfected.
Free, projector-friendly tools designed for the modern teacher. No sign-ups, no frustration, just the tools you need to inspire.
Essential Tools for Busy Teachers
Built specifically for teachers who need to present clear, accessible information to their students on the big screen.
Free Classroom Tools, Built for Real Teachers
The Teacher Tools is a free collection of simple, projector-friendly classroom apps that run right in your web browser. There is no sign-up, no download and no software to install — just open a tool and start teaching. Every tool is designed to be big, clear and easy to read from the back of the room, so it works beautifully on an interactive whiteboard, a projector, a laptop or a tablet.
We built these tools to take small, repetitive classroom jobs off your plate — calling on students fairly, arranging a seating chart, tracking behaviour, rewarding good choices and timing activities — so you can spend less time managing and more time teaching. They are free for every educator, anywhere in the world, and always will be.
Our classroom tools
Random Student Picker Wheel
Spin a name wheel to call on students fairly and keep the whole class engaged. Paste your class list, spin, and remove names already chosen so nobody is picked twice.
Classroom Seating Chart Maker
Drag desks into place to match your real room, then assign or shuffle students into seats in minutes. Save a layout for each class and reuse it all year.
Classroom Behavior Chart
A colour-coded clip chart for tracking conduct through the day. Students clip up for positive choices and down when they need a reminder, with every level visible on the board.
Good Noodles Reward Chart
A playful positive-reward board that celebrates kindness, effort and focus. Hand out a good noodle when you catch a student doing the right thing and watch it spread.
Classroom Timer
A big, high-contrast countdown the whole class can read from across the room. Perfect for timed tests, transitions, brain breaks and clean-up, with a clear alarm when time is up.

Yes. Every tool is completely free to use, with no trial period and no premium upgrade. If you would like to help cover our hosting costs, you can support us on Ko-fi, but it is never required.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is needed. There is no log-in and no email to enter — just open a tool and use it. You can optionally save your classes on your own device for next time.
Is my students' data safe?
Yes. The names and class lists you enter are stored locally in your own browser, not sent to or stored on our servers, so they stay private to you.
Do the tools work on a smartboard or tablet?
